There are many companies offering mobility services, but we were fortunate to come across Good Access Company in 2024 when we needed equipment for my ailing mother as she entered a long-term care facility. It was already an emotional and difficult time for our family, so we truly appreciated how smoothly and compassionately the company handled this part of the process. I believe Emilie Addy initially managed our file, and we were very impressed with the professionalism, care, and understanding we received. More recently, when the air pillow stopped functioning after only a year and a half of service, we counted on the company to stand behind its promises of customer satisfaction, respect, consideration, and dependable support. We were not disappointed. Courtney Williamson handled our case expertly and quickly, ensuring the issue was resolved without delay. Good Access has truly demonstrated that its commitment to clients goes beyond words. I am extremely happy with our original choice and deeply grateful for the continued excellent service we have received. My Mother is 92 years old and has mobility problems. We have had The Good Access put 3 chair lifts into our house 2 years apart. They are a life saver for my Mother. The staff is amazing. Marc listened to our problems and came up with solutions for us. He cares and is knowledgeable. Denis the installer was amazing and explained thing to us as it was being installed. These people care about their customers, they are so friendly and cheerful. I would 100% recommend this company.

I am newly physically disabled, young, and my disabilities are dynamic. I am often worried about judgement from others for these and other reasons and I am also still navigating my new way of life. My worries were put at ease with Joe from The Good Access Company, as I have been treated with the utmost respect, care, and kindness. I was loaned a wheelchair while waiting for my ADP approval. When approved, my beautiful and comfortable custom wheelchair was delivered by Joe with an add-on that he didn't have to do but did anyway. I can't thank him and this company enough for that and for the treatment I received. I really can't recommend them enough. Extremely positive experience! ❤️
