Our chair lift had a technical issue and we needed to get it fixed as soon as possible and Mark came on the same day to fix it . Stair lift store and Mark are not like so many other stair lift companies who are charging for even minor repairs. I am so great full that I found such community oriented people who aim at helping out rather than just minting money for the services. They are trustworthy and will suggest you ways to save money rather than making money out of you.

Mark was very responsive to my initial inquiry and visited our home promptly and gave us a quote on a straight stairlift for my mom. There was no pressure and no long presentation, just the facts. He was able to send William to our house within 2 days and had the stairlift installed within a couple of hours. William was very pleasant to deal with and even demonstrated how everything worked.
