I can’t thank VComfort enough for the patience and kindness they showed me throughout the whole process. I wasn’t able to visit the showroom due to difficult circumstances, but they still went out of their way to help and arranged a home trial so I could try the chair properly and feel confident in my decision. I had a lot of questions and felt quite nervous about choosing the right machine, but Ayaz answered every single one with such patience and understanding. They kept sending helpful information, including videos and the manual, so I could really understand the features and make the right choice. I never once felt rushed or pressured. When the chair arrived, both Ayaz and Gul assembled it upstairs quickly and very professionally, checked everything carefully to make sure it was working perfectly, and took the time to show me how to use it before leaving. What really stood out was how thoughtful and supportive they both were throughout. They kept offering solutions, answering every question, and making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Buying something like a massage chair is a big investment, and they made the whole experience feel easy and reassuring. Their aftercare has also been excellent. They are always there to answer questions and provide help if needed, which gives real peace of mind. The three-year guarantee is also second to none and shows how much confidence they have in their products. If you’re considering a massage chair and feel unsure about which one to choose, I genuinely don’t think there are many companies in the UK that offer this level of personalised service and care. Went to the showroom to test the chairs. Had a great experience they was very helpful. In the end went with the isupreme max. Best investement. Ive had it for 2 years now and wouldnt go back. All my family love it

The delivery people came by really quick and transported it very efficiently. This product, is fantastic my son enjoyed it very much the quality and comfort are immaculate. It is extremely comfortable and had a zero-gravity function and has full massage from head to toe with the added feature of heat therapy which is very calming. It also comes with 3 years warranty for a piece of mind. I would recommend this product as overall it is amazing! I would also recommend VComfort in Birmingham to buy from the team were amazing.
