I am so happy we were directed by Cole Halliday, one of our family members who works for Acera Insurance in BC, to Acera Insurance in Calgary. We have gotten nothing but top rate service from Joshua Mena. His knowledge of the Insurance Industry and his willingness to go the extra mile in getting us the right products at competitive rates, was very much appreciated. Joshs' calm approach was notable and in these times where choosing an insurance company seems to be a lot more complicated, he made it a lot less so. Thanks Josh! Worked with Josh Mena on a very short time frame to set up home insurance. After originally working with another broker at Acera with poor dealings it was a relief to find Josh. Josh was amazing to deal with and walked me through everything with patience and answered all questions (first time setting up home insurance). Josh was responsive, efficient and professional.
