Horrible customer service and borderline scammers. My insurance was up for renewal and I got an email about that from my broker Rob. I emailed back saying I didn’t want to renew, never got a reply, so I emailed again. He gets back to me and says I need to sign something. Doesn’t tell me what or send me anything to sign. I email again, he forgot to send the link for the e-signature. now I have 24 hours to cancel or the auto renew happens. I finally get the link for the E- signature but it’s locked behind a password. I couldn't do anything to cancel it and it felt like all this was on purpose so he wouldn’t lose me to way cheaper company’s. My advice would be to stay far away from this place!

During my time with this company I had little contact with them and all was smooth. When cancelling my policy, the broker, Karen did not send me the paperwork to cancel my policy the same day I made the request, so the insurance company charged me more than double my policy amount for one week of coverage due to the delayed paperwork.
