I have been with Rob for several years now. I have always had a depeened sense of trust with him and his team with my home and car insurance. You never hope to have to utilize your insurance. However, this week I experienced a devastating sewer main flood that wiped out my entire basement. I have been using my basement for storage and I took a big hit with losing everything down there. From the very first phone call, he was there. I did not have to wait to speak to him, and honestly, I was COMPLETELY IN SHOCK when he had a restoration company at my home within the hour. ***As a single mom of 2 children, he helped me in more ways than just being an insurance broker. He kept me calm, he guided me through the process, reassured me, and he actually cared. I mean genuinely cared. He's even been checking up on my family and I to make sure everything is going smoothly as it can be. I can guarantee you, you will not get that with any other insurance broker. Anyone can sell you a policy. But the true measure of an insurance broker is what they do in your moment of crisis. I am beyond grateful and cannot recommend him enough. I actually wish there was more that I could do to let others know how great him and his team are. If you want someone who will actually be there when it matters most, someone that is honest and truly empathetic, this is your person. Thank you Rob
