  I first met Ellen almost 14 years ago when she was working out of Saint Joseph's hospital. When the office at St. Joe’s was closed, we lost track of her for a while but were delighted to re-connect with her at Amplifon. I have recently acquired my third set of hearing aids with Ellen. Fine tuning a new set of hearing aids can be a delicate process. Coping with hearing loss can evoke some strong emotions. Both Ellen and Nicole were not only attentive to the feedback I was giving but sensitive to what I was feeling, which as discouragement and sadness. Ellen took such care to adjust my new hearing aids. I suffer from moderate to severe hearing loss, and I understand that many adjustments can be necessary. These adjustments can affect not just the volume, but also the tonal quality for different types of sounds in different situations. Ellen and Nicole were happy to meet with me countless times for adjustments to my hearing aids. I felt that they would not be satisfied until I was really satisfied. This even included using Amplifon’s 90-day money-back guarantee to switch to different hearing aids which produced a much better result given my particular hearing challenges. Some guarantees sound good until you try to use them. After numerous attempts to get acceptable results had fallen short, Ellen did not hesitate to return my new hearing aids and switch to a brand with which I previously had been happy. This guarantee is probably needed very rarely, but it is reassuring to know that it is a real, no-hassle guarantee if it is needed. As others have noted, Ellen and Nicole are happy to, and very good at, explaining what is going on with my hearing and what adjustments can help to compensate for that. Emma became the new receptionist while I was meeting with Ellen and Nicole. She was friendly and helpful and got to know our names right away. She is an excellent first contact and receptionist for Amplifon. Ellen and Nicole’s genuine compassion for those of us dealing with significant hearing loss coupled with their technical skills make them a pleasure to work with. Each one understands the impact of hearing in our lives and devotes themselves to that cause. My husband and I are so happy to refer Ellen and Nicole to our friends. I am not a all surprised that I see nothing but 5-star ratings. They obviously care about all their customers as much as they do about me.

  I was worried that my hearing would give me trouble in the near future, so I booked for a hearing test, and it's totally free. Thank you, amazing people in Amplifon from receptionist to hearing tech who assisted me and do my hearing test Ms. Ellen, you're awesome. Thank you, guys. Merry Christmas. I highly recommended this clinic for your hearing problems.

  I had an appointment with Ellen Armeniakos today and it was such a positive experience. I had a very thorough hearing test with Ellen explaining everything that was going to happen before each portion of the exam. Ellen then took me to her office where she programmed my hearing aids, again explaining everything as she did it. Ellen was very professional and answered the questions I had in a manner that I could understand. I will definitely be seeing Ellen again for all my hearing aid maintenance. Thank you Ellen.
