Julie was extremely professional and very thorough throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and gave excellent, practical advice. I never felt rushed and felt confident in the recommendations she provided. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive audiologist

Have had nothing but extremely positive experiences dealing with the staff at Connect Hearing. They took the time to make it a comfortable and informative environment. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. I would give this my highest recommendation to anyone who wants to help their situation or just have it checked. They are a credit to their company and to society.

The staff at Connect Hearing were absolutely phenomenal. Despite me being much younger than the typical patient population for hearing tests/aids etc, I was supported and felt validated in every way. My hearing has been problematic for multiple years; however, has gotten worse quite quickly. My paper work was handled for me; so, very little to be stressed out about. Sheila was extremely supportive/professional and helped me pick out a good fit for me that matches my job environment etc etc etc. I felt comfortable asking questions and my assessment was completed at an age appropriate level that matched a working class person. These guys are A+, highly reccomended.
