The staff at Connect Hearing were absolutely phenomenal. Despite me being much younger than the typical patient population for hearing tests/aids etc, I was supported and felt validated in every way. My hearing has been problematic for multiple years; however, has gotten worse quite quickly. My paper work was handled for me; so, very little to be stressed out about. Sheila was extremely supportive/professional and helped me pick out a good fit for me that matches my job environment etc etc etc. I felt comfortable asking questions and my assessment was completed at an age appropriate level that matched a working class person. These guys are A+, highly reccomended.
