I had the pleasure of working with Arshdeep Rao for all my hearing needs. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took the time in explaining everything to me and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying any hearing products. I highly recommend her and appreciate her time and knowledge.

It was a very confusing experience. The audiologist was very polite on our initial visit and suggested that the proclaimed hearing evaluation cannot proceed because they found wax in the ear. They wanted to remove it first. I distinctive asked if there was a charge for doing that and they said because they needed to do it I. Order to go through the evaluation, it was free. The wax cleaning procedure took 3 sittings because it would hurt one of the ears. At the third visit, after the hearing evaluation was dome and the prescription made, I was asked to pay 125 dollars suggesting that if I opted to buy the bearing aid from them they would deduct it. This was not suggested before. I feel I was ripped off in this situation. It was an embarrassing situation when they said they are charging because it took them three sessions although we never demanded or requested that to be done. If we were told that they would wait until we get the wax out and then do it, we would have understood. Why encourage someone to charge them later? It was important that I highlighted that as it seems to be a more money making scheme and a false advertisement. Extremely disappointed.
