I came to this clinic because it was mentioned by my family doctor and also my friend who is registered psychotherapist in Toronto. I preferred if there was a location in North Van but they told me this is the best one for anxiety. My counselor is very patient with me and she understands my concern well. I feel since starting with her I am more calm and in control of my anxiety. I am much less irritated by things. I don't like driving so far but it is worth it and easier with video sessions now. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

Aiden is excellent. He has a more laid back style but very kind and knowledgable. He’s supported me (and challenged me to grow) a lot in the past year.
