Andressa’s nature is calm, warm, and caring. Her ability to listen deeply is magnanimous. She flows through all states and will meet you at any state you’re in. She is inquisitive, accepting, humourous, passionate, and nurturing. The balance of responsible and playful in Andressa is a gift. What a gem of a person - to hold the serious and the light.

If you are seeking healing and wish to dive deeper into self/do inner work, I cannot recommend Thrive enough. It is a wonderful, inviting and safe space; one which you can feel the warmth as soon as you walk through the doors. The team are very professional, empathic and compassionate. I’ve had the honour and privilege of working primarily with Jess for several years now. She is an absolutely lovely, warm, deeply empathic and compassionate being with an incredible level of attunement. Jess is very well-practiced in multiple modern modalities and has a great ability to naturally utilize them as needed to flow through sessions in an beautiful, internal dance-like state, without any pre-set agenda. She is very flexible and allows or creates space for deeper exploration. Her ability to guide through somatic work, EMDR and/or be a witness is truly second to none. I have also had some experience working with Carson and Colter and am thankful for the space they have held. Like Jess, they too have an abundance of care and are very connected, empathic beings. Based on my experiences with these three wonderful humans, it is clear that Thrive’s counsellors have and continue to “do the work” themselves; that their team is very passionate about what they do and care about healing on both individual and collective levels. I am confident and very happy to recommend Thrive to anyone and believe you would be in great hands and hearts with any counsellor at this practice. I am immensely grateful for Thrive and Jess’ ongoing care and support; thank you :)!!!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the support I received from working with Giulia during a particularly difficult time in my life. She was caring and supportive which made all the difference in my healing journey. The insights she provided were incredibly valuable, helping me gain clarity and perspective.
