I recently visited Audiology Innovations Ltd. at their brand-new Mount Royal West clinic located at The Hub, and I had an outstanding experience. The clinic itself is modern, welcoming, and the staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. In particular, Natalia Kouneli, their Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner, was exceptional. She is highly experienced, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the process clearly. Working with her was truly a pleasure. My hearing aid fittings and subsequent adjustments were handled with great care and precision. Everything was explained in a way that made the process easy to understand, and the results have been very effective. I highly recommend Audiology Innovations to anyone looking for hearing aids or professional hearing care services. If you're in need of a trusted and high-quality hearing care provider, this clinic is an excellent choice.

We had such a great experience with Audiology Innovation. After trying another clinic previously and not being satisfied, coming here made a world of difference. They were incredibly professional and helpful in setting my husband up with his new hearing aids. What really stood out was their commitment to getting it right. We returned several times to ensure the fit was perfect, that the devices were working exactly as they should, and most importantly, that my husband felt confident putting them in and using them properly. They never made us feel rushed. A huge special shout-out to Natalia Kouneli. She was absolutely wonderful—so patient and a fantastic listener. She knew exactly the right questions to ask to get to the root of what we needed and was supportive every step of the way. There are many hearing aid clinics out there, but we are so glad we chose this one. We are completely satisfied with the results!
