I've been to several different counseling offices over my lifetime and bridge counseling is by far my favorite. I've been seeing McKayla consistently for a couple of years now and I absolutely adore her! What a wonderful, wonderful guide to have through any sort of crisis or stress. I've done ART - accelerated resolution therapy with Dr. Lorna for extreme PTSD, and that was an absolute life changer! Chronic nightmares, flashbacks, just a variety of physical and emotional symptoms due to tragic experiences. Almost wiped away so to speak. Whatever magic that woman is doing is absolutely worth attention! The reception staff is also always very friendly and very helpful, Ashley, in particular, is one of the kindest, And most compassionate women I've ever met in my entire life, you won't be disappointed.

Ive been seeing lorna beech for about 2 years now and I can confidently say shes an excellent therapist and she is helping me so much. The office is very cute and quiet and the receptionists are always fantastic. They also do direct billing so thats obviously a bonus. Id highly recommend this place to anyone looking for therapy.

Arynne is a wonderful councillor! She is very kind and compassionate in her approach and has an abundance of useful wisdom and tools for a variety of life’s challenges. Particularly when it comes to burnout and ADHD resources, she helps meet me where I am at and work together to find ways to get more enjoyment out of life and overcome the stress from life’s chaos. Arynne is my first experience with counselling and I feel like I hit the jackpot right out of the gate with a perfect fit for my needs! I always look forward to our sessions and feel refreshed and renewed after. I am very grateful I have found her!
