  I had a great first visit with Lisanne and will be seeing her on a regular basis. She made me feel heard and empathized with me, understanding my feelings without making me feel worse or tearing me down. She offered practical, helpful tips and suggestions, and I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing her again and continuing to build on our progress. I’ll admit I came in with my guard up, but I quickly opened up to her — entirely because of how comfortable she made me feel and how easy she was to talk to. When I began the process of searching for a therapist, I was really overwhelmed by the number of options in the city. I’m so glad I chose Elevate. The space is clean, warm, and inviting. The front desk staff is also pleasant and helpful. There’s even a beverage station with an assortment of teas and other options, if you’re so inclined.

  Elevate is the first place I've ever felt safe and comfortable in terms of a therapy or counseling environment. Ken is the first therapist I have seen who allowed me to share without judgment and he really listened to what I was saying. The points Ken makes allow you to see things from a different perspective, which is absolutely priceless. I couldn't be more grateful to have the opportunity to see Ken, and do so in such a supportive and friendly place like Elevate.   Lisanne is a very open-minded therapist. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to navigate their way through unconventional lifestyles or who feel their situations aren’t understood by the people around them.
