  It gives me immense pleasure in putting on record for the outstanding service , sincere efforts, adequate exercises formulated designed to improve the strength of ankle , foot, calf muscles helping me to overcome my left ankle injury which I had been struggling with since January and finally my journey of improvement begin on 27 th April when the dedicated, diligent, expert team of CBI Health comprising Divya Madhale, Beau Feddersen, Jarod, Sameer together sprung into action to get me out of the agony of pain by boosting confidence, suggesting strategies to overcome the barriers by involving effective goal setting that is Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic and Time bound.( SMART) As a result of their professional, experienced, excellent team work today I am able to walk confidently, consistently and able to attend my regular shifts at work place , though it will take some more time to heal fully however they have paved the route to recovery, rehabilitation so practically and wisely that return to work which earlier seemed impossible looks like an easy one and effortless fun. Big thanks to CBI Health team including the super sweet, welcoming, friendly, front desk team too for their unconditional support ! I highly recommend CBI Health to all who are struggling with injury, pain , stress, anxiety in getting back to normal life and work.

  I started receiving treatment here a few weeks ago. Initially, I was very sceptical because I find with a lot of consolidated health organizations and other such operations; you’re usually treated like a number and they lack the personal care tailored to your needs. Since going here, I have had excellent treatment and I’ve been handled with dignity, kindness, respect, and empathy by all staff members. I was really impressed with how they treat you as a human.( I know that sounds strange in 2026); but I was listened to, cared for and treated with respect. All staff are amazing. Jarod, Chris, Samir, Kara (physio) and so many others (bad with names) made me feel like we were a team working together on a goal. I honestly feel that my recovery would not have gone as smoothly if I didn’t have this positive support. They really listened and were sincere. You go at your own pace with the exercise & activities. The gym/workout area is well equipped with all of the tools and tricks that you need to be successful in your recovery. I was really impressed with the variety that was offered to me. Overall, I am beyond pleased with the services and support that I received while attending. A+😊🙌🏼

  I was referred to CBI Health on Discovery st for a return to work program in early December 2025. I had injured my shoulder in October and CBI Health was where I was sent for a graduated return to work program. It was so much more than just the physical rehabilitation and ability to return to work! The staff where exceptional. There was my personal physical plan, timeline and goal expectations that where communicated incredibly well, and which where positively effective almost immediately. They also assisted with professional development tasks that I had been struggling with, and where able to counsel me on career and long term planning. It became a calm sanctuary, and an incredibly important and safe environment when my relationship ended suddenly and very badly in early January. In that time there where a few days where I was in distress and crises, and the people in this clinic saved my life; simply by being themselves. Caring, compassionate, professional and wonderful. The entire staff have worked incredibly hard to create and maintain an amazing open, wonderful, safe community focused on health and healing, they have fostered a space where all are welcome and the patients feel comfortable enough to talk with each other and offer encouragement and support. My experience at CBI Health will stay with me and help me the rest of my life. They have genuinely changed my life for the better!
