I accompanied my mother-in-law, and Mr. Nicolas was incredibly patient, attentive (no pun intended), and always provided information and explanations with immense respect! This was not the case at a previous appointment at Lobe with another hearing aid specialist! Thankfully, Mr. Nicolas makes all the difference! Well done! Dolores
