  A superb experience with all the clinic staff regarding appointments, tests, explanations of results, meetings with specialists, equipment, and follow-ups. Truly wonderful people to work with. Kudos to the entire team! The only downside is the building's parking lot, but that's not the responsibility of the Lobe Clinic.

  A true nightmare. First, the parking lot is perfect for a good panic attack; it's completely full and jammed. I feel extremely lucky to have managed to get out without scratching my car. Second, everyone who works at this clinic is completely heartless. I arrived 12 minutes late for my appointment because I drove around the most congested indoor parking lot in the world, and they refused to see me even though I explained several times that my problem was urgent. This experience demonstrates that the hearing care system is truly the worst aspect of the healthcare system, which is already a complete nightmare in Canada. I've had a problem for several years. The doctors tell me I need a hearing test, and they put me on a waiting list, telling me the wait would be a year. A year and a half later, I received a letter saying I was no longer on the waiting list. About a year and a half later, my problem has worsened, but the hospitals won't do anything without a hearing test. So I'm doing everything I can to get one as soon as possible, but the clinics have at least a one-month wait for an appointment. So I have to wait another month to take time off work (which is expensive!) and come back, but this time with a ridiculously low advance payment that I've never had to make in any other healthcare service, all while hoping that one of their doctors will actually see me. It's a pure nightmare, a situation created by a heartless system. The receptionist seemed quite happy to cancel my appointment.
