  Rosie is the best! From the very first appointment, she created a safe and judgment-free environment where I felt completely comfortable. Her kindness, professionalism, and expertise immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence that my concerns and goals could be addressed and achieved. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and provide encouragement. I felt empowered and confident. She not only helped me work toward my physical goals but also helped me build confidence in my body and in my ability to achieve those goals. Pelvic Physio can feel intimidating, but Rosie made me feel comfortable, supported, and empowered.

  Highly recommend Cornerstone, they help me largely improve my back problem. My physiotherapist is Rosalina. She carefully examined my situation and made a thorough plan for me. After each appointment she makes detail summary and gives me exercises to follow up. Truly appreciate the help I got from Cornerstone!

  Wish I could rate my experience at Cornerstone Physiotherapy even higher. I had Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome (runners knee) and it was so uncomfortable to walk and climb stairs. The internet scared me a lot with people saying they never recovered and had decided to live with that feeling of discomfort. A friend recommended Cornerstone to me and I called right away and booked the closest appointment, not caring who the physiotherapist was. I'm so happy that the cards fell in the way that they had and Steven Khuu was the one that saw me. He put my mind at ease right away and told me that I infact, do not have to live with the pain. He taught me some exercises that first session and the pain improved drastically. I continued seeing Steven for a little over a month, where he showed me different exercises each session to strengthen the muscles around my knee. I ended my sessions at a good spot and feel little to no discomfort at all these days. Thank you Steven!!!
