It's kind of scammy. I called in and they told me consultations were free. I go in and we begin the consultation. Then after the physiotherapist offered to try and massage my arms, I stopped her and told her I didn't have insurance she this was just a free consultation. She seemed very confused and spoke to the front desk. I also spoke to them and they said that yes physio is free, but treatment is not. I never agreed to treatment. They tried to slip it into the free consultation to make me pay. Ofcourse I didn't send i left. This place isn't transparent. On their patient info sheet, I wouldn't recommend putting your banking info. The physiotherapist was nice, but I didn't like how they tried to almost make me pay. Remember, you don't have to pay for anything you weren't told about beforehand. It's like giving someone an apple for free and they offer a drink to wash it down. The drink was $20 and now you have to pay. Don't be tricked.

I had been struggling with vertigo and wasn’t able to find much relief despite trying different treatments. Then I found Dr. Sheena John, and my experience has been truly amazing. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Within just two physiotherapy sessions, I started feeling significant relief, which honestly felt like a miracle after everything I had been through. I’m now feeling much better and more confident in my recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Sheena John to anyone dealing with similar issues—she truly knows how to make a difference.

We can’t say enough great things about Sheena John and the entire team at CureZone Physiotherapy. After Samantha’s hockey injury, we were naturally worried , but from day one, Sheena was confident, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in her assessment and treatment plan. Sheena is extremely well educated and clearly understands sports injuries inside and out. She explained every step of the recovery process in a way that made sense and gave us complete confidence that Samantha was in the best hands. Her structured approach to rehab, focus on proper strengthening, and attention to long-term stability not just quick fixes has made a huge difference. The staff are also welcoming, professional, and supportive. Every visit feels organized and positive. We’re truly grateful for the care and expertise that has helped Samantha safely progress back toward hockey. Highly recommend CureZone to any athlete needing proper rehabilitation.
