I came in with a sore/stiff neck due to improper form during a workout session. Karen was very gentle but thorough with her massage technique, applying the right amount of pressure needed to tackle my knots. Karen made sure I was as comfortable as possible during our appointment together which I really appreciated. The rest of the staff were very friendly and I’m sure would provide the same safe experience as Karen did for myself. I found the place to be very well kept and quite new/ modern, creating a very zen environment for clients. I’ll definitely be back (already have an appointment booked)! Thanks again!

I had an excellent experience with physiotherapist Adrian Smith. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about his clients’ recovery and well-being. From the very first session, he took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the treatment plan clearly, and make me feel comfortable and supported. His treatments were very effective, and I noticed a significant improvement in my pain and mobility. Adrian is also very encouraging and provides helpful exercises and advice to continue progress at home. The clinic atmosphere was welcoming, and every visit was a positive experience. I highly recommend Adrian Smith to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist. Thank you for the amazing care!

OAK Physio and Wellness is an outstanding place for treatment! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. I also love that they have a dedicated gym space on-site, making it easy and convenient to complete your exercises as part of your recovery. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Nick and Jayson for treatment, as well as Karen, Anna, and Amber for massage therapy, and every experience has been excellent. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their patients’ progress. Another huge bonus is that they offer direct billing to insurance, which makes the whole process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend OAK Physio and Wellness to anyone looking for top-quality care!
