Very rude at the front desk, the lady sitting to the far left seems to be incapable of doing her job, claims they can’t run my benefits, and acts very rude about it. Says they don’t direct bill to my benefits, and wouldn’t even be bothered to put it in the system after I asked, just rudely told me no. so I called another location to verify that they do direct bill to them once I got home. Turns out they do! I wouldn’t even mind paying first if the system was having problems but wow, she was angry and stubborn. Hard to walk into a place to be greeted like that and still want to do business there. Maybe the practitioners would be better but I ended up leaving after dealing with her. I’ve never had these problems elsewhere.

Rescheduled an appointment and when I showed up, they claimed "we never rescheduled it". We had to drive almost 45 minutes to get to the clinic just to not have an appointment. With the gas prices and everything, they need to be more organized with scheduling and not waste peoples time and money. Why would I even show up at this time and date if I wasn't told to come?
