  We are incredibly grateful to Erin for helping our family through the sale of our moms home in Surrey. Downsizing and transitioning our mother into a beautiful residence was much more emotional and complicated than my husband and I ever expected. She went above and beyond in ways we will never forget. Visiting mom in the hospital multiple times and making sure mom felt safe and included. She handled every part of the action plan with so much care and detail. She scheduled absolutely everything kept us on track with reminders and cc’d us on emails so we always had records. She also guided us through some very serious legal matters and connected us with the right professional departments we needed. She took a TREMENDOUS amount of stress off our plate. She was always there even outside normal business hours making sure everything was taken care of and that we all felt safe and sound. We truly couldnt have done this without her expertise and care.   We were asked by one of our retired teachers to invite Erin Turner to present as part of our Speaker Series. Erin is an excellent speaker who shared her expertise on senior transitioning, consumer awareness, and provided checklists. Her presentation was informative and focused on the needs of retired educators. We valued her transparency, kindness and practical guidance. Erin gave generously of her time and added real value to our workshop. The feedback from those who attended was positive, with an interest to attend a future workshop with Erin.
