  Linda is a fantastic ! Highly recommend her and her team. Her knowledge and adaptability is top tier. My elderly parents moved last week for the first time in 51 years. I needed help in the last push of the move. Linda sent me a wonderful, highly effective and efficient employee to wrap up a 5 month long packing, purging and emotionally involved process. We had about 800 square feet left of stuff that needed organizing, donating, labeling and packing. This also included my elderly mother’s approval of what to take and what to donate etc. Her employee was very compassionate and kind but also understood that a lot of what needed to be packed and downsized required a realistic approach. I was all around the house tending to other tasks and was able to fully trust her to complete the job. Everything was packed with care and sorted so fast! Even through the emotions that surfaced from my mother, she was calm and professional. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and for your quick response. I needed someone the next day and Linda sent her employee on such short notice. She arrived on time and completed the tasks needed so that our movers arriving the following day could come in and finish the job. We successfully downsized 5000 square feet to 700, and Out of Chaos came through to ensure the job was completed in time for closing for the sale of the home. Thank you!

  Linda and her entire were impressively amazing. I had the pleasure in working with her after I sold a very sizable luxury condo. The property was over 3500sq.ft and we were under a super tight timeline before handing over the keys to the buyers (actually, 4 days to be exact). I was completely overwhelmed and feeling very anxious over the amount of items, furniture, books, silverware , fine china, crystals and personal belongings in the unit. Linda and her team came in, rolled up their sleeves and had almost 70% of the work done. Linda had lined up consignment company, donation team, junk removal, movers and cleaning crew all ready to go. They worked seamlessly, systematically and methodically. Every detail was attended to, the communication was prompt and the entire project was completed on schedule.
