I’ve had a really positive experience with my counsellor, Raheel. He creates a safe and comfortable space where I feel heard and understood which has made it much easier to talk about my anxiety. He is also patient, supportive, and gives thoughtful insights and strategies that I can actually use in my daily life. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for support!
