  I’ve had a really positive experience with Metro Counselling, especially with my counsellor Kristina. She is kind, patient, understanding, and creates such a comfortable and supportive environment. I always feel heard and never judged during our sessions. Kristina has helped me better understand myself, manage stress, and feel more confident emotionally. Her guidance and professionalism truly make a difference. I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received and would highly recommend Metro Counselling to anyone looking for compassionate and professional counselling services.

  Going to Metro Counseling with Kristina Sohal as my counselor she's is someone I've been able to come to not only talk about my struggles with, but also someone who I can consider as part of my support network. I've come to metro counseling for over a year now After having to deal with being off work and being in a car accident but also on the process of that accident ending up getting struck by a car in a hit n run accident a year after when I was still trying to work on recovery. The frustration and difficulty of having to go through something like this I couldn't do much for myself and struggling to deal with the injuries. Coming to Kristina to talk and discuss not only personal issues, and my disability circumstances and even to discuss other issues with health and struggles, as I'm someone who can't do as much as they used to, but as I'm also struggling with looking after myself, my family who were also going through health issues as well, having Kristina to talk to has been such a blessing. Having Kristina to talk with has helped me to unburden myself a fair bit and we're able to discuss what can be done right now versus what can't be done yet. Her input and insight has also been helpful, especially having someone else's help figure out options on order to get a better perspective whom is able to help support me, and get by day by day; it helps as I'm able to feel like I'm not so burdened and alone while trying to recover from my injuries. I've really felt I couldn't get by without her support and her being here through this tough time in my life. I can't thank Kristina Sohal enough for her attentiveness, understanding and supportive presence in my life. Also if you can't make an in-person appointment Metro Counciling does thankfully have an on-call or online option with Jane app. Which is very helpful as Im not able to do in-person counselling much due to my mobility limitations. I would definitely recommend Metro Counciling if your also struggling and need support.

  Kristina is non-judgemental, easy to talk to, and kind. I've had a great experience with her so far. She recommends strategies that are aligned with my specific needs. She's also flexible with accommodating work schedules, and I'm happy to have sessions after work hours on weekdays and on weekends. I would recommend her to others!
