Erin has made me feel like I can actually make progress with my sleep and mental health. Erin has helped me understand why I've gotten stuck with certain things (like CBT thought records) For many years, I thought there was something wrong with me for not being able to get past certain parts of them but Erin has shown me there's reasons why I get stuck and I feel more confident in my abilities already!
