I came to see Sabrina after aggravating my torn hip labrum at the gym, and I was feeling discouraged and worried about losing all my progress. From the very first visit, her guidance and exercises made a huge difference. I was even able to return to the gym the very next day. Sabrina took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my hip and provided practical, effective exercises I could do at home. I felt immediate relief, both physically and emotionally. Since then, she has also supported me through pelvic floor therapy sessions. Having seen several pelvic floor physios since my first pregnancy nine years ago, I can honestly say something finally clicked with Sabrina’s approach. I’ve experienced significant relief, which I believe comes down to her ability to truly listen and her deep knowledge of the body. Thank you so much Sabrina!
