The staff are really great. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else after coming to this location.

The administrative details (setting the appointment, checking-in, etc.) were all easy. And the Audiologist (Tracey) gave me helpful advice about my hearing issue. All nice people, too.

I've been with this place for quite a while now. Its been a couple years since I went in for a check up, and I went in recently to get my right hearing aid tweaked out because I never really used it before, i just used my left mainly. Nick is the audiologist there now, and I found him to be very condescending towards me. I asked him to turn the microphone and masking down in my right ear and it kept messing with the one in my left, I kept telling him that's its not working. He didn't really listen to me, he told me I should get a new hearing test to make sure. He said ill have to book an appointment to get them fixed. So I book an appointment for the next day (having disabled my left hearing aid, I had to put the right one in my left ear, it was very uncomfortable). Next day comes, he's like give me your hearing aids. I give him my hearing aids, and he resets them back to factory, then he tells me that I should seek somewhere else for advice. Me being on Ontario Disability for a few mental and physical issues, I took this to heart and It upset me. So I asked him if he could take a look at them and he did after my CMHA worker came in a little late. Then he proceeds to say, "oh here's the issue, someone swapped out the receivers". If you're someone with depression and have tinnitus, I don't really recommend going here for advice or help, as the Audiologist doesn't really seem to care about the patient. It's more of a revolving door for old folks who are just having a check up. I gave two stars because the receptionist was extremely kind to me, and I thank her.
