We took our daughter (age 4) here for a hearing test. Our audiologist was Melissa, who didn't introduce herself to me or my daughter. I had to ask her name and role. During the test, she was lovely with my daughter who was very nervous. However, when my daughter started to cry during a more uncomfortable test, Melissa was visibly annoyed and kept saying she wasn't cooperating and how important the test was. She even made a point of checking the waiting room for her next patient, implying she doesn't have time for my daughter's tears. That is not how you speak to a scared four year old who is doing her best. Melissa identified a hearing loss and spent more time explaining how badly she needed my daughter to do the missed test than she did explaining the actual results and next steps. She even wrote in the report that we "declined to continue" with the testing when my daughter was simply just overwhelmed and needed a break and simple compassion. We are left with very little information about our daughter's hearing loss until we see a more competent audiologist at the hospital. I don't recommend this location for pediatric hearing tests.

I need a more in-depth test for my BPPV and my physiotherapist sent me to this testing centre through my family doctor as an MD referral is required. The lady at the reception desk was very helpful and Melissa, Audiologist, who performed my tests was very nice, attentive and caring. During the tests, she explained the test procedures step by step and when I shared my concerns with her she listen to them and gave me proper advice. These two individuals made my visit very present. Thank you, guys, and two thumbs up to these staff members!

Complete waste of time. Waited over 3 months for an appointment with this so called 'specialist'. Only thing he said to me was "Do you use Q-tips to clean your ears?" I said yes and his response was "Do you use sandpaper to wash your face?". THAT WAS THE ONLY THING DR. MENDELHSON SAID TO ME. The clinic never got back to me with my results... I called in months after I had my 'tests' done only for them to tell me there was nothing wrong. ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE QUALITY OF CANADIAN MEDICAL CARE.
