I cannot say enough wonderful things! It is NOT covered by AHS. However, it is a PROPER exam for those of us with profound Hearing Loss. It is accurate! They are honest and efficient. He even recommended I DO NOT get hearing aids! (No Money Grab False Tests for Profit).

My audiologist is the BEST!! My brother-in-law arrived from overseas on a Saturday, and had lost his hearing aid charger somewhere along the way – he didn’t want to be ‘deaf’ upon his visit to Canada to see family, so I phoned the clinic and left a message (since it was the weekend), and I also emailed their general information email address. I asked if they might have a spare hearing aide charger that we could borrow for the week while he was here in Canada. And by the way, his hearing aid is a totally different brand than mine, so I thought it was a long shot that he might not have a charger. I had emailed Dr. Devendra the make and model of my brother-in-laws hearing aids, just in case he might have a charger. I was so pleased and surprised when my audiologist, Dr. Devendra, actually phoned me while I was on route to the airport to pick him up that Saturday night, and said that he could meet us at the clinic later that night (9:30 PM!!) with a charger!!! We were SO HAPPY to hear that – and I was so grateful that he took the time from his weekend, and his family, to help out a total stranger (my brother-in-law) and me as a client of the clinic. A person doesn’t realize just how important their hearing aide charger is until you loose it! Anyhow, we are forever grateful for the kindness shown to us by Dr. Devendra – it’s these genuine acts of kindness that increase my faith in humanity that there are still good people in the world, like Dr. Devendra, who are willing to help when needed. It enabled my brother-in-law to cherish conversations with family members, especially the elderly senior family members of the family, to hear their stories & memories. If you want an excellent audiologist, you should make an appointment to see Dr. Devendra! He is a genuine caring, kind and very knowledgeable audiologist and person. I am heavily involved with music and I love my hearing aids, which enable me to continue to participate, play my many instruments, sing, and enjoy my love of music! Thank you once again Dr. Devendra!!

Left ear was blocked by earwax. Thanks to receptionist Shamaa for booking me in for a next day appointment for ear wax removal! Dr. Saindane is very knowledgeable and professional, explained all and performed quick. In and out in under 30 minutes. Recommended
