Walked in before receptionist arrived on the morning, and Julia was kind enough to perform a wax removal despite having an appointment. I was able to attend and participate and in class on time.

I am a senior and just received my second set of hearing aids as my first set (at another clinic) were not made to fit me properly. They were too big and kept falling out. I was told nothing could be done to rectify the problem and no reimbursement. so they were left in a box since I got them. From the first minute I walked into Hearing Life I was given such good care and made me feel like my problem was important. I trust Mike impliciltly (?). Unfortunately I did have to pay for another set, but these ones are made to fit and I can actually HEAR so clearly for the first time in years. I can wear these ones without any problems. I can't thank Mike and his assistant enough, who are always so courteous and respectful each time I go in there. I wish I'd gone to you first. I could've saved myself a couple of thousand $$$$. Wish I could give you 10 stars.

They sent me a spam offer that had extremely difficult to read fine print. I have excellent vision and it was pretty tricky to get the light just right to read it. To the company: Do you want customers to know exactly what you're offering and trust you, or would you prefer to trick and disappoint the elderly and those who have poor eyesight? Tip: put your fine print at normal or larger text size, high contrast, use bullet points, and you won't get one star reviews for anti-consumer practices.
