We had our first few visits at the Mississauga office and so far it has been a good experience. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and the environment feels very welcoming for kids. They were patient with our child and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. As parents, we appreciated that they listened and answered our questions properly. Happy with our experience so far.

We took our son to one of Kick Start Therapy’s free Thursday sessions mainly to see if it would be a good fit, and honestly, we’re really glad we went. Everyone was very warm and welcoming from the start, and we never felt rushed. They actually listened to our concerns and explained what speech therapy and ABA support could look like for our son in a way that made sense. The clinic felt clean, calm, and very kid-friendly too. We’ve already booked a proper appointment after the visit. If you’re a parent in Mississauga and thinking about support for your child, it’s definitely worth checking them out.
