We are first-time home buyers, and we were referred to Lakeview Insurance by our real estate agent. We had the pleasure of working with Kyle to get our house insurance for our new home. I had a great experience with Ms. Angel Ristic and Mr. Mike. Both welcomed me with warm smiles, and their friendly demeanor made it clear that they genuinely cared about helping me. Ms. Angel went above and beyond my expectations. I had only 10 minutes to complete four different tasks, and she handled everything efficiently and professionally within that short time. Her dedication and quick service were truly impressive. Based on my past experiences, I believe that at many other Autopac insurance brokerages, the same work could have easily taken 20–25 minutes. However, the level of efficiency and commitment I experienced here was exceptional. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service provided by this Autopac office. Thank you for making the process so smooth and stress-free.
