I have been working with the same broker for a number of years and recently decided to look for a new company. Trent stepped up as a wonderful representative of the Lawrie Insurance Group and provided the BEST customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I had a really positive experience with my broker representative Jay. What stood out the most to me was how much time he took to truly understand my needs and recommend a solution that fit my situation rather than simply trying to upsell me on the most expensive option. I was also incredibly impressed with his responsiveness. Even over the weekend and outside of regular business hours he moved quickly to ensue everything was in place so I could pick up my car without delay. This level of care, flexibility and customer focus is rare. Overall a great customer experience and one I would highly recommend.
