We had a complex claim related to some damage to our car. Mark and his team responded promptly and offered us exceptional support and guidance throughout the process. He checked in regularly and intervened on a couple of occasions to speed up the process and to clarify the nature of our claim with the adjuster and the repair shop. We were impressed by and grateful for Mark's diligence and outstanding customer service.

Alex Armitage of Mark Armitage Desjardins is an absolute pleasure and delight to work with. Recently, I had a car accident and Alex guided me throughout the process which involved getting my car towed to an autobody shop, seeing it properly repaired, and ensuring that I was well taken care of with a rental car. She checked in with me regularly to make sure that things were progressing as the process took several months due to car parts shortages and things beyond our control. I am very happy with my experience, and I will recommend her services to my friends and family.

Dealing with Mark and his office has been great. In the middle of a home purchase and business restructure, I had fallen behind and become quite disorganized. Mark's team, in particular Shawn was great at following up in all communications and helping me stay on track through the process of registering multiple insurance products with them. Overall, I'm pleased with the attention to detail, communication, and good product prices.
