I did a large overhaul of our insurance this year. While I did not end up going with Mitch Insurance since I was able to get in under a group umbrella policy that was more cost effective for a similar underwriting package, I was assisted at Mitch Insurance Brokerage by Kassandra Gill who gets credit in my books for being responsive, getting back to me, following up - and when she was unsure of an answer because I asked a lot of questions, taking the time to get the correct information. I spoke to about 10 brokers or underwriters during my search. Apart from where we actually landed, she was the best agent/broker we dealt with. I suspect she has a bright career ahead of her, and wish her all the best.

Krystah was awesome and a pleasant person to speak with. She informed me of the options and was very quick with helping me get my insurance policy in place for my motorcycle. I’m very pleased with Mitch Insurance and will be looking forward to referring friends and family as well.
