I connected with Northern Lights about 10 years ago to assess some industrial hearing loss. They navigated WCB and provided a set of hearing aids, Jill and Mark were great! Mark is a metal guy and concert goer, so I was also set up with some custom musician ear plugs that I wear religiously at all concerts. Get some! Fast forward to this past year, Tyson and Jill worked with my mom to address her advanced age hearing loss, setting her up with some excellent hearing aids, helping her hearing match her outgoing personality. As my aids were 10 years old, I too reconnected with Northern Lights, and Tyson and I worked on dialing in a new set of aids for myself. They are excellent, a far cry from the technology of 10 years ago. I HIGHLY recommend the gang at Northern Lights Hearing in Tuxedo Park Shopping Centre, top notch service that will address your hearing issues and get you back into those conversations that you want to be a part of but the ears won’t cooperate! 5 Stars!!

Mark and Tyler provided outstanding service! They helped me replace my Widex hearing aids quickly and also repaired my sister’s without any hassle. Friendly, professional, and efficient—highly recommend!
