I have been using Quant's services for my father in both West and North Vancouver for some time now..their people are exceptional...Marina found Aaron who is a companion/caregiver for my Dad and there could not be a better fit...he is empathic, a friend first and foremost, caring, kind, creative in the adventures that they do together and he has made a world of difference for my Dad and when my Dad fell - Quant stepped in with other caregivers for 24 hour a day 7 day a week service seamlessly and then they and Aaron helped him recover so well that he is back walking better than before and having a better quality of life at 92 than he had previously. I cannot say enough good things about Marina, Aaron and Quant - exceptional!!!!

Quaint Care Medical was extremely helpful when I needed last-minute assistance for my dad. Their communication was excellent throughout, they were affordable, professional, and went above and beyond what I expected. We needed an ambulatory transfer from YVR arrivals, and the driver was already there waiting for us when we arrived, which made everything much easier during a stressful time. The entire experience was smooth and reliable. I really appreciated their flexibility and level of service and would absolutely recommend them.

Ive been working with Quant now for several months and have avidly enjoyed the job. Their adminstrative team are highly proffesional and hands on with all their clients and staff They are very responsive to the often fluctuating situations that arise when navigating support based services like they do. The job has also given me a lot of insight into the world of senior citizens i had not been exposed to before which has been a real blessing to me both on a personal and proffesional level. Meeting clients wherever they are and ensuring they get to where they need to and hearing all the interesting stories they have to share makes this kind of work very unique and rewarding for the inquisitive ever-learning type.
