Tharsika is an amazing therapist who listens to her clients and provides meaningful direction and guidance on navigating difficult journeys. She is professional, intelligent and shows a lot of empathy and understanding for the challenges we all experience. She has been instrumental in giving me the tools to support my healing and to take ownership of my emotional and mental well-being. I remember reading reviews on Tavneet before starting therapy with her --one said she remembers the little things. She does that and so much more, I don't normally write reviews but someone who creates such a space of care and comfort deserves to be recognized. She's beyond easy to talk to and has an amazing personality. My only regret is not starting with her sooner.
