I started seeing a therapist here a few months ago and it’s honestly been really helpful! I didn’t know what to expect at first, but my therapist made it feel easy to open up. I feel like I understand myself a bit more now and I found the tools and strategies they shared extremely helpful!

Taylor is the best therapist I've ever had. I look forward to sessions every week! She has helped me SO much - I honestly cannot believe how good she is at making me feel comfortable and confident in general and while tackling hard things. She is so caring, lovely, intelligent and amazing!! Cannot say enough good things!
