When I first became a client of Sharp, I had a wonderful experience. If you asked for a review today, I'd tell you to take your money and go to any other insurance brokerage because these clowns treated me like absolute garbage. To speak to anyone was like chewing tin foil. I had to reapply with intact for insurance as they choose a few current clients randomly every year so I did. Than I got referred to Joesan and I have NEVER been yelled at in an email before until I was talking to her. You have to ask questions when you are shopping, and all I got back was incredibly vague answers, and not a lot of context. When I asked for more answers again, I got nothing. Nothing was particularly answered or clarified, I just got yelled at than ghosted. I finally had enough and took my business elsewhere and got what was needed and everything Joesan told me what was needed was not entirely correct. I was a client here for 10 years, and was treated horribly. I do not believe that this company cares about their customers, or client care otherwise I likely would have heard back from someone with efficiency and kindness. I'm very happy to not have to ever sit on hold forever or wait for anyone to respond again.

We had an amazing experience working with Jashanpreet at Forward Insurance. She was incredibly relentless, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. Even while we were in the middle of making a very tough and important decision, she never gave up on us and continued to guide us every step of the way. What stood out most was her professionalism, respectful communication, and dedication to finding the best possible solution for us. We are especially grateful that she was able to secure us a short-term rental insurance policy for our home at a very competitive price. She made what could have been a stressful process feel much smoother and reassured us throughout. Jashanpreet truly goes above and beyond for her clients.
