I've been to a few physiotherapists but none have left as much of a lasting impression as South Sherbrook has. Stephanie was my physiotherapist and the holistic approach she took not only addressed the carpal tunnel I was seeking treatment for but also the persistent pain I have been experiencing. Where other physiotherapists have given me a bunch of exercises with little explanation on what they would do, Stephanie asked me questions and was thoughtful in assigning exercises and practices that fit my needs. Her humor and kindness helped make physiotherapy feel accessible and engaged me in my own healing. I cannot recommend Stephanie and South Sherbrook enough.

I had an amazing experience! The massage was absolutely perfect — very professional, relaxing, and done with great care. I felt so comfortable that I almost fell asleep during the session.
