  Rayah was Amazing, 10/10 would recommend coming here for anything related to your hearing. I went for a blockage and was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks again Rayah! Youre a saint.

  I was having so many problems hearing properly with the hearing aids I bought somewhere else that a friend suggested i go see Paula at The Hearing Place. I went to see her with hearing aids I had bought somewhere else and she was so kind and understanding. She reprogrammed my hearing aids and I could finally hear properly after years of frustration. The way they were originally programmed I didn't want to go out anymore …hearing my grandchildren was a night mare and going out for dinner with people impossible. Just one visit to see Paula and I could finally hear properly. Someone once said to me “Your hearing aids are only as good as the person who programs them” and this is so true. I can finally hear properly! I definitely recommend Paula!

  To my dear friend Paula Dungavell, MCISc, Audiologist, I have been a patient of hers for a very long time. She has taken excellent care of my hearing. Paula is very professional and probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She truly listens to her patients and wants to ensure they receive the right products. There have been times when she hasn’t charged me for certain services, and when I've tried to pay her, she wouldn't accept it. This demonstrates her professionalism and genuine care for helping people hear again. She develops a plan and explains everything clearly so that you can understand it. She also provides an estimate that outlines all the pricing, which is very helpful. I am incredibly proud of her for achieving such success, as she deserves every bit of it. Coming from the entertainment and modeling industries, I have met many people over the years in different countries, and Paula stands out as one of the nicest individuals I have ever encountered. I lost track of her for a while when she was working for someone else, but our paths crossed again, which we found amusing. It just goes to show the mysterious ways of life and how good people often reconnect. I don't recommend many individuals, but I wholeheartedly recommend Paula. She is legitimate and deserves your business. Paula owns her own private practice, and her sole focus is to help her patients. That's what we are meant to do in life. Even when she worked for others, her primary goal was always to assist people. I deeply care about her, and I truly believe she deserves your business. I come from a family business that is 200 years old, where we were taught the values of respecting our customers and putting them above all else. Paula embodies those same values, and I believe she will be very successful because she genuinely seeks the best solutions for her patients regarding their hearing needs. For her, it's not about the money; she simply cares deeply about her work and her patients. As I mentioned, I don’t vouch for many people, but I do for her.
