I have been seeing Kieran Beveridge for years. He has helped me with carpal tunnel, shoulder pain, meniscus damage, as well as many other small issues I’ve encountered while exercising and training various sports. I can always expect to see improvements under the guidance of this man. I cannot recommend Kieran enough. He listens and will always provide optimal feedback regarding small and simple exercises/stretches for you to bring home or wherever you may be during the day or at night. 5/5 all day. Don’t hesitate, book with this man!

Started physio treatment for a rear-end collision with Kieran in Winnipeg last week and was really happy with how easy it was to set up the appointment. Got an email and SMS notification reminding me of the appointment the day/few days before, that was a great touch for someone with a bad memory. Looking forward to the continuing treatment process with Kieran and getting some relief for my injury (which until the assessment, I had no idea how bad it was).

Kieran is the best. Super thorough and thoughtful. He won’t “farm” you for extra hours and money. Really respectful and will also put some accountability on you the client to do your homework. He also doesn’t talk to you like you don’t know anything, but yet makes it simple enough to follow. He also never once told me “you’ll never be able to do [X,Y,Z] again”. I’m really glad he was recommended to me.
