I started seeing Megan 2 months ago and it's going well. I like how she actually pays attention to what I say and back track and connects it all together for me. It's really opened up my eyes about myself yet she did it in a way that did not make me feel like I have to defend myself. Definitely, it is better than venting to my support people (sisters) as it adds extra stress for them. Talking to her has given me a hard perspective on my life and how it's going and the future decisions that I'm planning for.

Kait @ Trillium is absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend her if looking for a therapist. I appreciate her well rounded perspective and she provides a multitude of resources and strategies to help me on topics I bring up during our sessions. Every session with Kait feels safe and warm, it truly feels like a supportive and reassuring hug. I cannot thank her enough for all the progress I was able to make with her, she is truly gifted at her craft!
