I went to this family practice to discuss a possible blocked, tear duct and puffy under eye on my left side. After a very thorough eye exam and expressing my concerns to one of the optometrist, I was not only listened to, but taken seriously. I was provided eye-drops for two weeks and was provided imaging of eyes in great detail. In 2 weeks I went for my follow up appointment, which was determined that although my tear ducts are very small, they are working. It was suggested and referred medically back to my family physician in regards to high blood pressure. And unbeknown to myself it turns out my blood pressure is l extraordinarily high. I also had some unfavorable blood test results, which I will be following up on in three months with the testing. To say it was an eye-opener, would be a pun as I’m reviewing an optometrist, but my appointment at this location was the first step for taking back my health. They listened, they asked questions, they looked at my test results, and they made me feel validated in trying to fix my puffy eye. 10/10 and I am sure I will need glasses sooner or later, and they will be whom I go to annually for a check up

Dear Dr Singh, Thank you for the reply, clearly supporting your employees! On many occasions, your staff have not picked up phone calls or replied to messages left, nor do they do the courtesy of following up on messages left either or phone calls missed. This has been the case with all 6 of our family members. Also I got to the clinic that day between 5:35-5:37; for you to blame me for getting to the clinic at 5:50 is unacceptable. Also for my other family members including my husband, your team repeatedly called and canceled appointments causing massive inconvenience. Seems as though your team is not taking ownership and rather putting the blame on patients. I run a business too and please take this as a friendly advice: Always stand by your customers and ask your employees to adapt to customer needs. Again I arrived between 5:35-5:37, it was utterly unacceptable and wrong that the 5:50 was also cancelled. After all, the patient was a 5 year old child. Such a poor show of humanity! And you do not need to remind me that verbal abuse is not acceptable, for I would never behave like that in front of my children.
