We’ve always had a great experience at Mountain Eye Care. My Family and I have seen Dr. Ahokas for many years and highly recommend him. He is professional, kind and very knowledgeable. We appreciate him so much. However today we had the extreme pleasure of Heather assisting us in purchasing eye glasses. She went above and beyond looking up prices, checking for alternative colours or sizes and gave us multiple quotes. Heather gave us her undivided attention and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. She answered all our questions with ease. She billed the insurance company directly and truly made the experience delightful! She’s a gem! In addition, bouquets to Kendal who brightens our visits. Not a regular patient here as from out of town, but called urgently in the evening as my husband got something in his eye and was in a lot of pain. They took us in right away and squeezed us in the schedule. Incredible staff! Very nice and accommodating, did an assessment and gave us a prescription on the spot.

They do an excellent job helping with what you need. I had a pair of glasses get damaged today and they fit me in 40 minutes later to fix them. Been with them for about 18 years. Always been good. Thank you for the help!
