Edit: Bailey Nelson reached out to me and made it right. I applaud their commitment to their customers. They definitely did not need to do this and I appreciate the effort. I will edit to 5 stars as more businesses need to model this. Cheers. I have purchased 8-10 pairs of Bailey Nelson glasses. I used to love that they stood behind their products. I used to have lenses swapped when they peeled for free. I went in for a replacement lens that just fell out on its own loose in the frame and they quoted $102 for one lens non prescription just sunglasses. I don’t recommend there products. I have had hinges fail recently as well and they also refused to help out in any way and the products are 1-2 years old. 3-4 years ago I could not recommend BN enough and now I will have to purchase my sunglasses else where from now on. Best of luck.

I’ve been going to this Bailey Nelson location for years now and it’s always such a genuinely pleasant experience! The optometrist who did my eye exam was thorough, calm, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense (no rushing, no weird pressure). And the team on the floor are sooo lovely, patient, knowledgeable, and so sweet. I’m blanking on a couple names right now (I feel bad because you deserve the credit!), but you know who you are!!!!! They helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses, answered every single question I had, and walked me through options/pricing/fit without making it feel overwhelming. And honestly, they somehow made choosing glasses feel fun instead of stressful. I was fully joking that half the pairs made me look like a turtle LOL! They were so honest (in the best way), which made it so much easier to land on “the ones.” Changed from embarrassment to a laughing experience you don’t forget! Also, the space is beautiful, clean, and so nicely laid out. Just a really smooth, positive vibes from start to finish. I’ll absolutely keep coming back and recommending this location!!!! I usually feel nervous about eye exams, but my experience with Dr. Dhaliwal was wonderful. She answered all my questions I had and was so kind! The environment was so welcoming, and I truly appreciated the help from Gem (hopefully I’m spelling this correctly) who was incredibly helpful and sweet! Overall, this visit was so comfortable and stress-free. Would highly recommend :)
