Wow ok so absolutely disappointed Not too long ago this used to be Image Optometry Canadian owned felt like a neighborhood place a place I have had been going to for quite a while because I’m on disability and wear contacts I do not get any assistance on the cost anyways I’d purchase monthly pair because the cost of a whole box of my particular prescription far too expensive I know a Couple of the staff there no problem Shirley & Jennifer are amazing. They have become now Specsavers and the whole vibe has slowly changed from Sweet caring mom and Pop to Cold stuffy corporate whatever they want to call how I was treated this past weekend! First and foremost I wasn’t greeted like I welcomed guest yet looked at from the moment I spoke as if I had stumbled into the wrong door I gave my full name twice and she snapped just give your phone number I explained exactly what I was there for what I came for monthly bi monthly consistently for years ! She then called over the other worker and yes I’m saying it they began speaking a different language discussing my request. Rude especially in this aspect being a doctor of the eyes also being open on Sunday I found odd as well. However very disappointed and felt humiliated and will never recommend nor return. Requested copy of my prescription and will be hopefully finding a new alternative ASAP

Incredibly kind and helpful staff and super knowledgeable in answering all questions I had about different contact lenses and what ones would suit me best!!! Main reason I’m writing is (I wish I could remember their name) but I had an employee working on may 22 go above and beyond to help me get my contacts, I do shift work and wouldn’t have had any ability to pick them up for quite a while so I asked about possible options so I could grab them and they offered so many accommodations to ensure I didn’t have to wait! I’ve never had someone go so out of their way, I’m super greatful and it made a huge difference to be able to get them so quickly Thanks so much! Will absolutely recommend to friends and family

5 stars customer service at this Specsavers, especially by their friendly and knowledgeable manager, Amit. My wife and I bought glasses there and he was very knowledgeable in helping us pick a pair. Once we got the glasses, we experienced a few issues with the prescription lenses, but Amit was very kind and swift in helping us solve the problems. Plus, the affordable cost is a huge plus!
