I’ve been coming here for 2+ years now for my eye exams and prescription glasses. Dr. Kirsch is so warm and professional and I appreciate how thorough she is with her exams. Staff are attentive and helpful especially Paul who always goes above and beyond to ensure the perfect fit for my glasses.

I visited the Victoria store on Government Street. The store boasted a wide selection of new glasses. Despite it having lots of customers, the staff worked efficiently, ensuring everyone received prompt attention. I scheduled an eye exam with their onsite optometrist and ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses. Throughout the buying process, everything was clearly explained. The pricing was very reasonable for the excellent quality, and the knowledgeable staff made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

Best service I've ever had for eyewear. While being between insurance plans, they helped me out with a quick repair on my 2 year old frames, as well as a quick clean of my lenses that I didn't even ask for. The staff are kind, informed, they've delivered every time I've visited over the last few years, and they work around their customers' needs. They are the best 🤓. Shopping at Bailey Nelson is not just a prescription or purchase of your eyewear, they genuinely make an effort to leave you seeing more clearly than you went in, in the style that you want. Biggups!
